HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
You will also be able to track your order in your account.
Tax And Duties
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a package due to import duties or taxes.
We only charge taxes and fees for the following EU countries:

How To Change My Delivered Address?
Once you realized your delivered address is wrong, please contact our Customer Care (service@arouseco.com) immediately! We will help to change your delivered address before dispatch. Please kindly note that we can't change the address once the item was dispatched.
Is My Package Discreet?
Please don't worry about if people will know what you purchased. We take care of your privacy as 100% discreet. Each order will be shipped in plain packaging with no reference to anywhere or anything inside. No one knows what great babe you've bought.
